Hey Susan is an AI companion designed to support parents. She is not a medical device, not a childcare provider, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Emergencies

In case of emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number). Do not rely on Hey Susan in a medical emergency. Susan is designed to route you to emergency services on certain keywords, but this is a safety layer, not a substitute for you calling for help.

Your account

You can cancel at any time by asking Susan or through your account page. No dark patterns. Refund policy will be published with the full TOS.
